I recently switched computers as my old one stopped working. I downloaded SimSig to play on Portsmouth, a simulation I bought last year. However, upon loading up SimSig and logging in, it told me that I did not own it. I have just checked on the SimSig website and it says that the licence is used but not allocated. I do not have the computer anymore. How can I allocate the licence to this computer?

You no longer need to allocate licenses to individual machines since the move to loader version 5. Logging in on the first page of the loader and assuming you get a green tick displayed, is all you need to do to access your license(s). I've just checked the license database and your Portsmouth license is available for use in dynamic mode. Have you definitively got the green tick on the first screen of the loader? Was the login definitely successful, and were you connected to the website? If it's showing as unallocated on the website it should be available for you to use on any PC.

It has appeared in the loader now. Thanks for the advice!
