5A36 and 5G93 both not TRTS'ing and saying waiting NS167 and NS178 respectively to clear.

The save I'm attaching is just after I've cleared both signals for each train.

If you start F2 before un-pausing, you'll see both trains waiting.

Hi Guts,

Regarding the trains waiting for NS167 and NS178 to clear, the relevant part of the simulation manual mentions about the platform end signals and the fact that

Quote:
a train will not depart New Street until it has a proceed signal aspect out of the station
This means you need to have cleared those signals (as in they must be displaying anything other than stop) before a train will depart.

Hope this helps.

Suggest that the manual should be amended to note that '.....will not give a TRTS or....'

In this situation 'depart' is only part of the restriction, and the text is in the 'Platform End signals' notes. Assume it applies to -latforms as well ?

Most suitable in the TRTS section
