Trains to Aston accidentally routed towards Stechford don't call a wrong route at signal 149, at least not in the 1976-1991 era. In this era (as well as 1992-2000) this signal is the place where trains on the WL branch off towards Aston. It might be that signal 148 does the same - didn't test this. I've just heard that the wrong route call at signal 58 (Aston platform starter) is also missing, allowing trains for Perry Barr to be routed towards Lichfield.
