I am currently using a laptop/tablet with a screen resolution of 1280 x 720 and most of the simulations are far too big for my screen. I have expanded the window as much as I can but it's still too big. Being a tablet laptop which is mainly touch screen, it's not ideal to be scrolling the screen and ideally, the sim would fit fully on the screen or if it has to scroll, only left/right, not up and down too. Is there anything which can be done so that the simulation fits my screen better (such as scaling down slightly)? If not, is this something which could be looked at for the future? Many Thanks. Not the most experienced in this sort of question but I'm pretty sure you can't reduce the size of the sim to fit your screen. I know personally from Manchester Piccadilly that even I have to scroll up and down to see certain things and I play on 1920 x 1080.

If you right-click on SimSigLoader.exe and select Properties, then go to the Compatibility tab, and look through the settings there, there may be a way to shrink the application's graphics. But ultimately the resolution of your screen is quite low and you'll start to lose detail - random example but an E might look like a C because there aren't enough pixels to show the middle bar. Can you use an external screen? Many laptops, even if the attached screen has a lower resolution, it can still drive an external screen at a higher resolution. Not sure if this will help but if you go into the F3 menu and then select the 'Control' tab at the top, make sure that the 'Mouse Wheel scrolls left/right' is ticked. This will let you use the mouse wheel to scroll left and right on the Sim depending which way you roll it, but more importantly, if you hold the shift button at the same time, it will allow you to scroll up and down instead. Not ideal, but helps with a large Sim on a smaller screen.
