I've submitted my 2001 timetable for download. I may tinker with it and update at some point, particularly if Moss Vale gets some of it's bugs squished in due course. Feedback and constructive criticism is always welcome.

I'm quite invested in this timetable, as I worked some of the trains included around that time. So some of the consists are very authentic. In other cases, I have no idea and made educated guesses. The RIC Feb 4 2001 SWTT I already had, but the nearest I could obtain for a passenger WTT north of Goulburn was from 2002. The two sources don't match entirely, and I've tended towards the freight timetable where conflicts arose. Not that the RIC planners didn't let a few anomalies through themselves.

The timetable uses a decision at start up to choose a random weekday, and run appropriate traffic for that day. This is particularly relevant to the NRC and interstate freight working, where the run number changes based on the day of departure. The default Moss Vale timetable is always Wednesday, probably to capture the "cockatoo run" tourist train. I found that a bit grating after a while. With this 2001 timetable, you have an equal chance at any weekday (and you can keep restarting until you get a Wednesday, if the cockie is a must have for you).

2001 traffic works reasonably well with the 2018 layout in SimSig Moss Vale. The main grudges would be the loss of the ability to cross trains at Cootamundra West and Stockinbingal. Some of the rationalization at Moss Vale itself tends to cramp the style of the local passenger service. Several Endeavors are meant to extend to Bundanoon, which had it's own mechanically interlocked box in 2001, but is all ground frames in 2018. I tried it, and it was pretty bad, so those services terminate at Moss Vale on the down now.

I'm running a full wheat program out of Cootamundra. I've added local working to gather grain from surrounding silos, and redirected trains to and from Junee and Temora to avoid the impression of a magical mountain of grain in Cootamundra yard. I believe this is fairly close to actual practices at the time.

Overall, I think this timetable is similar enough to the default that newer users will find it accessible, but sufficiently different to provide ongoing entertainment for those ready to escape from Wednesday in 2018. Enjoy!
