While operating the Saltley Sim, I had a points failure occur at Landor Street which prevented any trains to or from New Street on the Derby lines from passing the junction. As a work-round, I routed all trains towards New Street via St Andrew's Jnc and Lifford Jnc, and to prevent any trains coming from New Street, I tried entering 'BLOK' into the train describer at sig 201 on the Derby Up main. The 'Blok' worked - all trains that should have entered on the Derby Lines are now entering on the Gloucester lines, and all I had to do was route them the long way round back via Lifford to Landor. However, the points failure is now fixed, but I cannot remove the 'Blok' from Sig 201. All I get is a message telling me I cannot cancel or enter a message into an external berth. Does anybody know how I can remove the 'BLOK' from the signal.....? Saved game attached for assistance. Thanks. Post has attachments. Log in to view them. Log in to reply |

Either press 'I', leave blank, press enter and click signal 201, or right click signal 201-> cancel train description. As you've found, you can't remove it by right clicking the TD berth itself. I assume this is because it's a queue berth from New St. "Don't stress/ relax/ let life roll off your backs./ Except for death and paying taxes/ everything in life.../ is only for now."
