Hi there can someone give me a list of main wagon types used around 1994 time period. I am doing a session for Trainz and want to know what wagon types is best to use out of the ones I have available to me Also I would like to know what locos would pull the wagons as well. I am basing the session around the southern end of the ECML but the route is fictional, Thanks in advance.

Out of interest, have you thought of searching YouTube for any videos, Flickr for any photos, or Google UK for any web pages that may answer your question(s)? Have seen numerous 'old videos' on YouTube previously and who knows one may answer your questions.

Wagon codes (MTA, MHA, etc) are on the side of the wagons in big letters - so watch a video on YouTube and pause it as regularly as needed and you should be able to see the wagon codes within the 'data panel'(?). If you're lucky enough and the video is in High Definition then it should make it even easier. That said, even in this video on YouTube you can clearly see the wagons codes and that is just standard quality.
