In the attached save 3J42 is at UP SDG 2. It called for permission to pass the STOP BOARD several hours ago which I gave. The route is set. It doesn't move. If I toggle off the signal (try it) I get an adverse signal message and the train list says 'on telephone' but no phone call comes. Could there be an issue with phone calls from this location?
