Liskeard token requested by wrong train 16/10/2024 at 19:49 #158892

In the attached save I am running my 2004 Cornwall timetable with scale of problems set to high.
I suffered a loss of normal detection on PLD 19A&B that I incorrectly diagnosed (without using F11) as no detection as a result I have 0C24 (not due to use the Liskeard branch) sat in Liskeard platform 2 and I pulled then 2C54 into Liskeard behind it to minimise delays to the passengers, this then became 5B2 which is due to shunt into platform 3.

I had 0C24 phone up asking for the Liskeard branch token, instead of the expected 5B21.
Upon discovering that the points actually had reverse detection I shunted 0C24 into the yard and interposed the ID for 5B21, this then showed up as the train ID in the phone call reply despite 0C24 still being in the message. When they phoned after the 5 minutes I told them to, the expected 5B21 was in the message and was duly given the token. I am curious who would have been given the token if I gave it out on the first phone call.

0600 snapshot also attached in case someone wants an earlier save for debugging

The train now standing on platform 2, should be on the rails

Just to hazard a guess, I'm assuming it goes off of whatevers described standing at the signal

We will look into this further but as it stands this is a limitation of the simulation. Normally the train which requests the token will be the one that is described in the train describer. Given this is during out of course working involving a points failure and talking past a signal it is not something that would be able to be fixed at this time. As a result we will have to put this one down to a limitation.
