You can request your licenses to be unlocked by clicking "Request Unlock" if it appears next to any license on this page. If there are no buttons to "Request Unlock" then it means none of the licenses are currently locked and instead you may need to try logging into the loader. Kind Regards, Log in to reply |

hi went to that page none showed as allocated then went to the loader right clicked them but option to allocate not there all are greyed out am i missing something here Log in to reply |

hi logged in got green tick hadnt realised i had to do that have normally just dived in and played went to my games right clicked got an option to request license unlock do i just follow and request to unlock thanks for help Log in to reply |
