I am experiencing a similar problem with 6L75/0L75. I get it into Long siding 1 OK, by signalling B1 hand signal, that then goes green, but B points are still locked due to loco allegedly on top. so it is now stuck. I have tried changing direction back to Dn and asking it to shunt forward. But the Dn changes back to Up before I have chance to ask it to shunt. Anyone got any ideas? Edit: I have just restarted the Sim from a snapshot, and put 6L75 into Long Sdg 2, and this time OL75 has cleared points B and run round. ![]() Post has attachments. Log in to view them. The TT shows that the train has a NX23 (near end exact). You need to clear the S1 hand signal at the B end of the run round. The train will shunt forward slightly then start detatching. Once detached, the loco will again shunt forward and then you can start the run round process. I had similar issues with everything cleared as it should be. When the loco detaches, it doesn't move far enough and sits on the points. Setting "far end" stopping position for it at "PF Long Sidings Pts B" solves the problem.

It would be really handy if you could all provide your snapshots for this. I've spent a good couple of hours on this this morning and could not replicate it. However, I have found something with the B S1 handsignal. When you have the points indicator at red as per the pictures provided. Could you please try and right click the B S1 hand signal and report back after the loco has detached (Along with your save files). Once the loco detaches it automatically draws forward to the Long Sidings B-1. This is the correct position. At this point, do the above right clicking of B S1. If I've recreated this correctly, you should now be able to swing the points. This would be really helpful to allow us to fully investigate this. Well, it detached, but it appears to be fouling the points. This just feels like a bug man. Either make the train shorter and less troublesome or at least FULLY DOCUMENT a series of moves that actually works. Log in to reply |

I don't know if it has any connections with it, but as I wrote earlier, I had the same problem when I started the timetable, but it was still with the earlier loader version. When I now tried to recreate the problem to provide a save for Hap, with the new version on, everything worked as it should. Log in to reply |
