As it's an emulator and not Windows I don't know (it's unsupported). But it could be related to a recent thread.

I don’t think it’s related to Wine 10; I’ve personally seen that error too in the past, even with older versions of Wine. If I remember correctly, it prevents you from right-clicking, but doesn’t prevent the train list from showing up in general. You can use the legacy train list (an option in the F3 window), though in multiplayer that only works for the host whereas the new-style train list works for clients too (which is less of a problem since clients have little reason to right-click trains).
