In modern mode, the driver of a train approaching cleared signal DT2 at Claverton (Down Trowbridge) receives an adverse change message when Bathampton Jn signal 302 is put back to stop. 302R changes but DT2 remains clear..

Bristol Simsig shows green or red only. I guess that in practice DT2 is at least 3 aspect and would therefore change from green to yellow when 302 is set back to stop (302R is irrelevant to this) - hence adverse change has happened even though not showing on Simsig display. I presume it's reflecting what the signaller actually sees on the panel, not necessarily the driver.

jrr, It's a Program Error. The signaler received a phone call from the driver. The driver should not have called as he did not get an adverse change of aspect.

Try turning off "Panel Signals" in F3/Options.

Jrr, Danny252 is correct. If you have panel signals on all signals will only show red or green irrespective of the sim. To see the true colour, turn panel signals off.

Sig 302 is 2 aspect R/G anyway; it has 302R as a Y/G repeater(/distant).
I can only help one person a day. Today's not your day. Tomorrow doesn't look too good either.

A similar message error occurs at Bristol Parkway when sig.110 is replaced at stop. "4Axx received an adverse change of aspect at signal DB109A" whilst 4Axx is approaching sig.DB108.
