update to the mechanical permissive block conundrum- spoke to a NR signalman. permissive block of all variants only exists on TCB regulations. mechanical boxes work absolute block only. where permissive working is authorised, mostly platform permissive now, its an SBSI for the method of working. a result of the RSSB reducing the rulebook to easily understandable basics. still working on obtaining info on pulling off for 1 train and calling another on
