Something I noticed earlier, when I have a train in Exeter St Davids 1 and I have to put another train into that same platform from Exeter Central 2, Signal 312 does not clear at all. I'm guessing it is something to do with the the fact that it is will not clear until 335 clears. I can only get the train to go by giving permission to PSAD, then at 335 the position signal allows the train to pass. Is this an issue or am I just being special and missing a trick? There was a problem with Call-ons identified which I thought had been fixed, maybe it was only Brighton that was fixed but no-one had mentioned it till now. Peter I identify as half man half biscuit - crumbs! Log in to reply |

You cannot call-on from Central to St. David's in real life. The call-on at the bottom of the hill is for trains reversing out of St. David's. What timetable and which trains are involved? SimSig Boss Log in to reply |

There is an issue with the 2009 TT with at least 1 train doing that. I have ammended and will re-issue the TT in due course. The easiest way round it in the mean time is for the first train toshunt after arrival to the New Yard. Run the second train in and then shunt the 1st one back from the New Yard to the station and join.

It is the Summer 2006 Timetable, train 5F19 enters from Exeter Central, which goes to ESD1 and becomes 2F19. Then 1L13 enters from Honiton, stops in ESD1 and then departs towards Paignton. Then 2F19 leaves for Exmouth. Also something I noticed which is a silly little thing but i've noticed and bugs me when I see it is DEP REQ is still on the new version above Barnstaple where the old flashy button was. Hope This Helps Shaun Log in to reply |

That was at the back of my mind earlier but I'd not had time to investigate the coding to remind me of how it worked. Right got a bit mixed up with signals earlier. Yes 312 will not clear unless 335 clears to a main aspect. However, 335 will clear to a PL if a train is present and (unless you pass 312 at R) that can only happen on a shunt move; and call-ons are working in the Sim.
