I doubt if anything from the EMCC will be included as I suspect it would invoke the "conflict of interest" and as such would be a no no.

the layouts identical, minus an extra platform and a signal for turning back. oh and the crossover groundframe is long gone if anything shepcote lane AHB is more of a glaring error. doesnt west hampstead have some westcad in it? " said:is the updated version of sheffield going to have platform 3 at chesterfield included along with the now non permissive signalling along the goods lines to clay cross? The non-permissive signalling is because they are no longer Goods lines. They are the Down and Up Erewash lines, which become the Down and Up Barrow Hill lines at, I believe, Chesterfield South Jn. From the Wikipedia article, the platform has no regular services at present, and the Goods lines re-signalling was done in 2007/2008. Out of interest, are there any plans to re-open the Down Goods between Toton and Condor Park Jn?

" said:the layouts identical, minus an extra platform and a signal for turning back. The layout is quite different. Clay Cross junction used to be four tracks with two leading off it, now it's two double lines divering with a junction to the south of the station. The connection to Avenue sidings was removed. Tapton junction has been moved too. Incidentally when the workstation was commisioned the new third platform was shown even before it had been built. " said: Yes, and this has recently been extended to fully include the line down to Blackfriars. This replaced the original Westcad which itself replaced St Pancras station panel. Log in to reply |
