SIAM seem to have a Leeds sim.

I know siam had a sim,but leeds 2004 was developed by a university student, you downloaded from the internet you paid for it then you got a reference number,and a release code

Seem to remember that Ashley Greenup had a Leeds sim many years ago but may be wrong.

Traingames (made by Ashley Greenup) have a Leeds sim (included TT set in the 80s, I think).
PCRail have Leeds City (set 1950).
SIAM have Leeds (1993)
