The NR press release says that Swindon to Gloucester will be upgraded in 2014, along with the redoubling of the Swindon to Kemble section. Are there plans to upgrade Barnt Green to Awre / Charfield at the same time, other than the plans to electrify Barnt Green to Bromsgrove and transfer this to Saltley or its replacement?
