Hi there, Up until recently, Simsig was working perfectly on my Mac using Crossover. But the other day or so, I went to play a simulation and the fonts were all dodgy. So I tried to re-install the system files and I get the following error message: Quote: AddFontResource Failed.I can't understand what the issue is or what I've possibly done but if anyone could help me that'd be great! Thanks in advance, Joey. Log in to reply |

Have you "uninstalled" your previous installation of the (possibly an older version of) system files?

" said:Try Wine. It does work on my Mac (OSX version 10.7.4)This might be really stupid of me but I purchased Crossover under the pretense that it was the only version of Wine left. On the Wine website, if you want to download it for Mac, it links you to Crossover so I purchased Crossover so I could continue playing SimSig. Do you know where I can download Wine for Mac? I'm currently using Mountain Lion. Log in to reply |

Try trashing the full installation of your "Crossover" and reinstall again. I am not Mac and I hate Mac, just trying to give you some suggestions. Log in to reply |
