'The Age of the Train' programme shown last night on BBC4 is repeated again on BBC4 on this Saturday night 2240 - 2340.

I recorded it and was looking foward to watching, but there is annoying signage appended so I abandoned the idea.

Slightly disappointed with the programme! I thought there was going to be more about the train. However, most of the program seemed to be about Jimmy Savile and the advertising campaign! I felt the same, I was hoping it would be more about the design and test of the train. Interesting look back at that period of the railways though.
