This is in 2000 mode using the 2009 timetable.
The first train eners Ok.
Following trains can have a problem.
All trains are clear of the HABD and in every case no attempt was made to send a train unless the OTW icon was grey.
The problem comes when the reply from the Yard Tower is that the train cannot be accepted at the present time so call again later. This state of affairs can last for hours and subsequent trains cannot ener the goods line after it fills up!
However I discovered the following sequence of events.
1) The first UP train into the yard enters as it should.
2) A Down train is sent into the yard afer the phone call to the Tower and one of the access buttons lights up. The train enters the yard and the button goes dark.
3)A short time later (1 or 2 minutes) one of the access buttons lights up again.
4)If the Up train is presented to the yard while the DOWN button light is out then it is accepted.
5) Otherwise the train is rejected.

When sending trains the in the up direction you don't need to make a phone call.

I'm sure Tom has better things to do than repeat stuff here that he has already written out once for the Manual. If the explanation the Manual at this page of the Wiki is unclear, perhaps you could edit it yourself or flag it up here.
