Is there any documentation that shows signal locations and signal numbers for a given route?

Not that I've been able to find. If you're looking for a SimSig-covered area, the Wiki has signal number plans for all the simulations, but nothing that shows (for example) a grid reference for the signal. If you're looking for another area, there are a quite a few signal box interior photos knocking about on the internet, so you might be able to find signal numbers and the relative position of signals, but again I don't think there is anything that would tell you the actual location of a signal. Hmm I'll keep looking around, I'm trying to get accurate signal data to aid in signal placement in TS2013
