Hi 11th August is going to be a good day in Carlisle for steam fans a possible 4 steam locos in Carlisle in the afternoon. 1. The Waverley Tour 44932/45699/46115: York-Leeds-Settle-Carlisle and return 2. The 15 Guinea Special 45305: Liverpool-Warrington Central-Longsight 70013: Longsight-Manchester-Bolton-Hellifield-Settle-Carlisle 44871+44932 [as 44781]: Carlisle-Settle-Bolton-Manchester Victoria 45305: Manchester Victoria-Warrington Central-Liverpool Last time they did the 15 Guinea in 2008 they lined up the 3 steam locos in Carlisle station Would have been a long time since 4 steam trains in Carlisle in one afternoon Log in to reply The following user said thank you: Steamer |
