I am trying to set the route for 1O30 between the two marked signals. There are no overlaps stopping the points and keep getting this message. Is this a bug (because of it only being beta) or is there something im doing wrong? Note - Mods if you want to move this thread feel free but I wasnt sure where to put it due to there being no 'East Croydon' section... Post has attachments. Log in to view them. Try manually setting the points to the correct lie for the route that you wish to set. If all points move to the correct position try setting the route again. If one of the sets of points gives you the points locked normal message then that's the set of points that are giving you the problem.

There is something nagging at the back of my mind about the route not setting from the first signal if the route from the next signal was already set (but whether it was a bug or deliberate I have no idea). Try cancelling the route from the second signal and then see if the route sets from the first. It's a long time since I had a go at East Croydon so my memory could be faulty but it might be worth a try. “In life, there is always someone out there, who won’t like you, for whatever reason, don’t let the insecurities in their lives affect yours.” – Rashida Rowe Log in to reply |

I would send the train down platform 5, just like I would do in real life. I will say that we have problems with the swinging overlap through those points in real life and I believe there were problems in that area on the beta version I think it was T1600 points not moving when called.
