The GCR have announced that two spans from Caversham Road, Reading, are going to be used to bridge the Midland Main Line at Loughborough. Although there will be much more work needed to link the two halves of the railway, crossing the MML was the biggest barrier. Article here Fantastic to see this actually happening!
