How is the Stourbridge Town single line worked since the area was recontrolled to WMSC? Does the line still use a train staff? If so, from where do the train crew now obtain the train staff?

Still worked by Train Staff, released remotely by WMSC

Not sure the exact location of where it's kept - but it won't have gone far. If SJ box is still used by the railway the instrument is likely in the same place. Lots of closed boxes become S&T/PWay/MOMs Accomodation, no harm having a phone to the signaller and staff instrument in such places.

Was the staff kept in an instrument in the box pre-WMCC? Given that the connection to the branch was worked by ground frame, I can't see what that'd achieve - wasn't it just kept 'somewhere safe' in the box? If that was the case, it'd be easy enough to relocate it to a new home in a cabinet somewhere convenient!
