You just need to open your license manager and login, the licenses should be displayed there for allocation to your machine.

I think I have caused the problems I am having. I have 2 user names and one of them needs to be deleted but I can't do it because every time I click on "edit profile" it automatically diverts to an advertisement and I can go no further. I am hoping for your help here. The name that needs deleting has the user name gordyvee with the email address of This text is hidden because you are not logged in. . Ok, when you bought the licenses you were logged in as gordyvee and the emails went to the address associated with that account. The post you just made was from gordyve, and you requested to delete gordyvee, which I've done. I've deleted the old licenses which were not claimed anyway, and issued you new licenses for the account gordyve.
