A very tragic event. Unfortunately Jack took his own life on the 8th March. I had actually met him on one occasion. Remember it ever so well. West Somerset Railway Mixed Traffic Gala in 2012. One of the best days on that line I've ever had. All the more painful that it will never happen again with Jack at the gala. Click Here for the Facebook page set up in memory. RIP Jack.
