Are these signals the setup where they are placed right at the crossing point of the double slip, governing for all possible paths? That's one of my "favorite tricks!" Log in to reply |

They apply to both approach tracks, yes. IIRC they are physically located in the narrowest part of the double slip.

That's the way the ones at NY Penn are. They kept them in the same arrangement when they re-signalled in the 90's. Those don't have Insulated Joints due to the location, so there are some design considerations. Thanks! Log in to reply |
