Technical error in the article: many TGVs run routinely at 320 km/h (199 mph) and they've managed speeds up to over 300 mph.

The NASA seemes to be misinformed. The Silver Bullet is def. not the fastets train in the world... a simple look in the wiki tells more: Wikipedia
