How can a Distance-to-go moving block system cooperate with traditional interlocking system?

As switching points should have their own locking areas, how can it cooperate with Distance-to-go moving block system?

(I am a newbie on signalling. I hope I am asking correctly)

The moving block software can "see" any issue in the traditional interlocking logic, such as an absolute stop signal protecting points, as a fixed obstruction. There may be limitations that do not allow moving block type movements through interlocking limits.
