Some trains when passing Dagenham East on the up line seem to be made non-ARS as they are routed off route according to the ARS message even though they are staying on the same line, sticking to the timetable. It's not all trains that do this but I'm currently at 14:50 and 1B30 was made non-ARS? I believe it could be all the 1Bxx trains but I will find out when the next one passes. UPDATE - 2B40 was also made non-ARS. The ARS does seem to be routing strangely around Barking as well. It appears that most trains are losing their ARS at Dagenham East. I have noticed this too. Certain 1Bxx & some 2Bxx trains are routed via the up line just before the Tilbury Line Jct then back to the down just before Barking Station. Locking the two sets of points normal causes those train to go non ars. Caught me out a couple of times whilst dealing with failures at the other end of the line. Log in to reply |

Can you give signal numbers and train IDs please. In all the test sessions where ARS ran most of the show, this did not happen. If a train is routed off planned path then it's either you doing something unexpected as far as the ARS is concerned, or it's a data error.

When I have time tomorrow ill re run one of the after peak snapshot saves. It was occurring after the morning peak for a while then corrected itself and did not re-occurr for the rest of the day. Whilst playing through the sim there was an update which I believe may have sorted this issue as it hasnt happened on second playthrough. It appears to be since the last update. Dagenham East signal 195 but it appears to have stopped doing it now, the signal set up is in the screenshot below. The trains that do this are in the first post. At Barking the ARS sometimes routes signal 155 - 519 - 521 - 161 then back to the correct route. Post has attachments. Log in to view them. I tried the two specific trains you mentioned and both routed correctly at 193 (not 195 per your post - that's an auto).

Everything seems to have stopped doing it now and trains are routed correctly at Barking. Not sure what it was.
