Just noticed a few issues with New Street, which are illustrated in the attached save: Trains from Landor Street held at NS143 don't ring in, nor do they ring in at NS144. You can leave 5R03 sat there all day and it won't ring. There's a weird 'No overlap' bug when setting 310 to 309- try to set the route for 5R04 and it'll give an error, and can't be set until 5R04 stops at it. This is extremely odd- it works for future trains, and I've recreated the track circuit occupancies and tested, but can't trigger it. Trains towards Stourbridge leave their TD at SJ21 as well as the Last Sent berth. Another one which I'm not 100% sure is a bug- it's possible to grant the slot to Stourbridge with Galton Jn blocked, although the route won't set until the junction is clear. Post has attachments. The overlaps at Aston seem to be checking incorrect conditions. With a route set to either 58 or 62, it is impossible to set a route to the other of the pair, with "No overlap available" showing up. Overlaps that are correctly unavailable give the error "Points locked normal by another route", e.g. trying to set 68-58-806 with a route already set between 56-62. If a route is first set forwards from either 58 or 62 in these circumstances, it is then possible to set the route in rear. The selectable overlaps set incorrectly(?) if the user clicks the original signal again after selecting the exit signal, but not clicking on any overlap - for example, clicking 68-58-68 at Aston will cause the route to set, despite neither 805 nor 806 being clicked. The overlap selected is the one that the points are already set for. The same occurs on Saltley, so I suspect it's a core code issue. (Edit: Interestingly, if you set signals at Aston using the second bug, the first bug doesn't occur!) There's also some SYxxx signals on the Up and Down Gloucester that trains will phone New Street from (I don't have numbers, sorry). Last edited: 28/07/2015 at 16:51 by Danny252 Log in to reply |
