When I first visited the new website I was prompted to change my password. This I did using a similar one to the original. I then wrote the new password down in a book, which I might add, is kept in a safe location. I subsequently tried to change this new password in the 'My Account' section, but when I clicked on the 'Change Password' button, I was advised that the password was incorrect (this being the one that I had written down in my book) I now daren't log out in case I can't log back in!! Somebody help please Everything that you make will be useful - providing it's made of chocolate. Log in to reply |

That's what I did yesterday, but before you can change the password you have to input the current one, which is the one that I seem to have forgotten and isn't being accepted.

Thanks a million. Now I have a password that I can remember as well as writing it down in my book.
