Hello I tried to purchase Leeds NW/Ardsley the other day and it wouldnt purchase so i have tried again today and sucessfully purchased it using PayPal. I have a reciept but the license Manager wont update and when i use updater to download this route it keeps telling me that .sim file doesnt exist to download please help! Martin Log in to reply |

Ok - i have done as requested and changed my password and given some time for the website to be sorted. It now says that i do not have any licences for any of my sims. Do i need to unallocate them and then reallocate them? - any ideas or do i need to wait a little longer? Chris Log in to reply |
