I have tried to buy Tyneside. The website allows all stages - card number, expiry date etc then, on clicking 'pay', on my pc I get a message, 'there was an error processing your request', on my laptop a Yahoo page is called. Any suggestions.? Log in to reply |

Hiya! I had this same problem over the weekend (there’s a post about it in the ‘Website’ subforum). You can purchase it via PayPal using your card details and without setting up a PayPal account, which worked for me. You can do this by clicking on the Pay with PayPal button on the address screen instead of clicking on Pay with Debit/Credit Card. Good luck! You can also click on Pay by PayPal and then select the "I do not have a PayPal account" option which will allow you to pay without using a PayPal account. The actual wording of this seems to vary sometimes but it should be somewhere underneath the login fields in small text.
