I Have just started Kings Cross When I click on start sim screen the check for updates has the Red box with NEW. When I click on check for updates I get the following "You do not have the latest SimSigRefresherC.exe" If check for updates does not help, please ask on the forum for advice. So I am asking for advice

So I am asking for adviceThere have been one or two issues with recent releases of SimSig Loader - these have been caused by a change in Windows and how it deals with permissions. The best advice I can offer would be to re-download a fresh version of the system files from the Download area of the website and re-install the system files. Then first time you run the program right click on the icon to "run as administrator". Once it's open, check for updates and that should then install latest versions for you automatically. It's meant to be much easier than it is apparently being, not helped where Windows are moving the goalposts! Please report back if you have any further issues. Log in to reply |

There was a Cardiff update done yesterday, from the end user point of view absolutely nothing exciting changed in the simulation.

Tyneside and York manuals updated. Sorry for the delay - had to go away on a camping trip with the family before they go back to school tomorrow. RE Cardiff - I believe the changes are future-proofing, hence no obvious changes. SimSig Boss Log in to reply |
