I know it may be a long shot but here goes. I bought a new laptop about 3 years ago but some of the licences for simulations I think I had bought previously did not transfer on to the new laptop. I know I should have queried it at the time but is there any way to check your records to see if indeed which simulations I have bought previously?
Regards, Gordon

Log into the License Manager on your new computer- this will list all of the simulations you've purchased. If any show as 'Allocated to another machine' (presumably your old computer), use the 'request license unlock' tool and an admin will release them.

The ones I have in mind are not even listed in there. It seems I will have to buy them again if I want to run them. Thank you for your help.

Are you using a different user name from before?

Never known a licence disappear.

You must have purchased them using a different username- if you can remember the old username, log in with that (there's a facility to change the password if you've forgotten it), or send the e-mail address associated with that account to an admin and they can try to find the account name.

You have 25 under the Gordyve name. I can look up under another name and subject to some sort of validation ( an email from the relevant address normally suffices) we can merge the licenses.

If you have the purchase receipt Geoff may be able to trace through that.

I can certainly look through my archives. But I recall we've been here before - I think you had two usernames IIRC, but I thought that was sorted out. Please tell me what you think are missing.

You might also have the PayPal emails from when they were purchased too.

Peter, I think I had previously used Gordyvee as a user name so the missing ones could possibly be found under that one. If it is of any use, my email address is gordyvee@outlook.com. Don't waste too much of your time over this as I should have sorted it out at the time. Could even be that some of the sims are obsolete by now.

That was all sorted in 2014 and the second account deleted as per Geoff's comments on that thread.
If you are missing any Sim then PayPal would be the way to resolve. There are no payware obsolete Sims.

Were they definitely payware, and not free simulations that you'd made a donation for? If it's the latter case, you can simply donwload them again from the website and use them; they don't have licenses and the donation is optional.

Can you remember which simulations they were?

I can't remember now as it was so long ago. To save it dragging on, I won't pursue it any further so I will draw a line under it now. I would like to thank you all for your help and I apologise for being such a pain.
