Here is a call to anyone who has worked out how to change your avatar. I have tried to change mine to a picture that is on my laptop. I have resized the relevant picture to under 100 pixels but it doesn't want to upload. Can anyone give me an idiots guide (or see me at the Derby meet) Thanks David

When you try and upload an attachment, the only files allowed by the program defaults are txt,jpg,jpeg,png,gif,doc,mp3,pdf,zip,rar. If the same rules apply to avatars, you will have to make sure that your pic is saved as a jpg, gif or png. I tried for hours to get a bmp to load before I converted it to a png and it loaded first time. It's also limited to no more than 100x100 and max size 204800. Peter I identify as half man half biscuit - crumbs! Log in to reply |

Thanks Postal. It was because I was trying to use a .bmp. As you can see it worked. Dave
