I'm guessing this is the 1977 timetable. If so I've had this before myself and it is all to do with 1N00-2 missing from the timetable list. The first 1N00 leaves KX at 01:00 as normal formed from 9N00-1. The second one is formed from 5N00-2 which enters the sim at 22:05. This should form 1N00-2 and depart at 25:00 sim time but there is no 1N00-2 in the timetable list so I'm guessing here that it will default to 1N00-1 and report itself as being 22 hours late or so. I'm pretty sure that I added a 1N00-2 with the same times as 1N00-1 but +24 hours to the timetable list and it worked OK.

That tells me you've not played Sheffield with "Bad Weather" selected. It's a bug, admittedly.
