Not entirely sure how this happened, but if you load http://www.yadt.co.uk/~davidt/SimSig/1412%20TEST.ssg the problem has already occurred. CW13 is double yellow (it seems it should be single yellow), when 2N43 passes CW12 it receives an ACoA as CW13 drops back to single yellow. The previous save I have is from 1410, here: http://www.yadt.co.uk/~davidt/SimSig/SnapshotAt1410.ssg but this already has CW13 at double yellow. Also, I think I must have had a clearing point violation to get into this situation. After a bit of playing, though, I think I can (almost) reproduce the problem without a clearing point violation: With a train waiting at GJ433, set a route from LJ24 to LN6. Lock points PLJ10C and PLJ22B normal. Set a route from GJ433 to CW12, CW13 to CW15, CW15 to LJ25. [like this: http://www.yadt.co.uk/~davidt/SimSig/1412%20TEST%20B.ssg ] If you cancel the route from CW15 will drop to a single yellow. Although oddly it won't happen if you simply wait for the train to pass the signal, like it does in the first save game. If you reset the route from CW15 to LJ25, it remains at single yellow. To be honest, I'm not really sure what the behaviour should be here, as my understanding of the mechanical signalling bits is rather tenuous, but something seems a bit odd. Log in to reply |

Well spotted,. due to the configuration SCW13 aspects need some bespoke coding related to the relative aspects of SLJ25 and SLJ24 and the possibility of -SLJ25 and +SLJ24 had not occured to me. Thanks Peter I identify as half man half biscuit - crumbs! Log in to reply |
