I haven't been able to find details of the lengths of the passing loops, such as at Garnqueen North, Greenhil, Polmont and Larbert North and so on. Consequently, it is difficult to tell whether it is practical to put a slower moving class 6 or 7 train inside the loop while it is overtaken.

I believe there is a list on WIKI that AndyG did but I think I still need to provide the rest of the information.

Platform and loop lengths are on this WIKI page, in the manual for the simulation.

Thanks for that information. I had been relying upon the word manual Central Scotland.doc (dated 24/3/2010) that downloaded with the simulation. That file is missing chapters 11, 13, 14, 15. and has chapter 12 renumbered to be 11. Al the chapters do, of course appear in the wiki documentation, if you know to look there. The Help File that opens with F1 is generic and doesn't relate to a particular simulation.

The WORD thing was just the starter for 10 iteration- the WIKI is the live manual.
