Noted that a "Cancel" button was added to the Reply Post box, but not added to the Quick Reply box.. I know you can cancel a post by using the Back button. Thought you might be consistant.

That sort of question ought to be directed at the developers of Agora (see bottom of page). But what exactly would happen if you cancelled a "quick reply"?

Well you learn something new every day as they say.

To save others delving into how to do it (on Firefox) Just go to Tools>Option>Advanced and tick the box "check spellings as I type"- which I had already enabled.
Then open any text box and right click selecting download dictionary and select your chosen language.

Good question. Are you referring to "before or after" you submit? "Before" use the back button. "After" you cannot cancet it but you can edit it.
And I found www.iespell.com excellent.

Google Chrome also includes a spell checker as you type but as far as I can remember it never required any settings to be changed to enable it. For IE users I would suggest the Google Toolbar which has a spell checker feature that'll work on almost all forms (including message entry boxes on forums).

Regarding the cancel button for the quick reply - in all my 7-or-so years of forum experience at various levels I have never seen a cancel button for a quick reply box as the box is automatically generated/loaded when you open the thread. If you want to cancel the writing of a quick reply then right-clicking within the box and click on "Select All" (the keyboard short-cut is Ctrl+A) then simply press 'Del' on your keyboard or even just navigating away from that thread will mean your 'Quick Reply' is not posted.

If you have posted a message that you'd later like deleted then a quick PM to either Peter or Geoff should suffice, or yes you can edit your message out and who knows maybe it will be spotted by either of the aforementioned gentlemen and deleted.

Hope This Helps.
