Harlow nowadays is worked from the Bouncy Castle aka Liverpool Street IECC, and as such cannot be simulated. The 1961 layout would (I think) be fine if someone can turn up the mass of information required, but the operational interest would be a bit limited (as I recall from my time as a station manager in the Broxbourne Area).
