I was wondering if anyone had any if the really old Swindon timetables that I could use. I have the old paged-sim which I know is not current but the revised version is not yet available and of cours the Swindon A&B timetables don't work with the old paged sim.

Summer 2001 is the only TT that comes with the sim. Btw, Swindon A&B is also paged (Edit: it isn't). And do you also have Didcot TT's? AJP in games Log in to reply |

A&B has never been paged. Have uploaded all the WTTs I can find with comments (all zipped together) to each listing. If someone can work out what works and what does not and sort them out into individual zips then re-upload I'll take down what I've done. Peter I identify as half man half biscuit - crumbs! The 2000 TT in your Didcot.zip is the TT that had come with the sim. I'll now test 2005. Edit: the 2005 TT is working fine and the WTR is still with it. I've noticed that more trains use the relief line Steventon-Foxhall and some strange routes have been timetabled, but no conflicts or errors. Btw, I've found two bugs in the sim itself but they don't matter as a new version of Didcot will never come. 2nd edit: the Swindon TT's have not been placed in the Swindon section of the downloads, but in 'Obsolete sims' itself. 3rd edit: the 2001 TT in the Swindon.zip has already come with the sim. The text files in this zip aren't docs, they are just a text version of the TT. Simsig indeed can't read the 'LOC' TT's. 1985 without LOC is working. AJP in games Log in to reply |

Moved file, yes the txt's are the text version of the timetable you can discard. Thought as much about the "LOC" version. Didcot is only 1 timetable - the 2005. I've uploaded it. Swindon TT's come tomorrow.

Summer 2001 is included with the sim itself, and 1985 is uploaded. The other ones (with P4 and/or LOC) indeed don't work. There seems to have existed a 1985 Summer TT, the uploaded one is a difficult version based on it. Now, all Swindon TT's are sorted out, (@ Peter Bennett) you can remove the misc file.
