I keep getting British Aerospace Filton asking to cross with a vehicle. After replying OK, they keep calling back stating still waiting. I have already stated OK. Is this a bug ? Playing 80' timetable. Calls started around 04-00

in reality the signaller releases a ground frame which allows the staff to move the gates out of the way
