National Rail have launched a trial in the West Midlands of an new Railcard called "Two Together" The main features are: - Railcard is for two named people who must travel together. - Valid after 09:30 Monday-Friday and all day at weekend. - Valid on all national rail services (not just the West Midlands) - Gives 1/3 of fares (Anytime/Off-Peak/Advance) - Costs £28 for one year. Further details are available at: www.twotogether-railcard.co.uk]]www.twotogether-railcard.co.uk [/url] The card is available on-line from the above web site for the following postcodes: •Birmingham ( B ) •Coventry ( CV ) •Dudley ( DY ) •Walsall ( WS ) •Wolverhampton ( WV ) It is also available at staffed stations within this area, but only to people who live in the above postcode area. The cards are available until 19th May 2012. After this the trial may be stopped, continued or expanded nationwide. I hope some people are lucky enough to find this of interest. Peter. Good idea. If only they invented it before we were entitled to a Family Railcard!
