PCRail is a business and, presumably, it's the bread and butter of the owners (maybe not) but whatever the facts of that, if they want to charge £30 or maybe £40 or £50 a Sim the that's a matter for them. If you don't want to buy at that price that's your right. Somewhere there will be an equilibrium of supply and demand which they will be content with and I suspect that's where they are with the prices currently charged.
