I'd love the ability to export the message box to either a text or csv file (or even be able to just select all and copy to the windows clipboard) for analysis after a game. Being able to do so would allow some reports to be manually created after the game detailing things like, for example, Number of passenger services delayed more than 5 minutes at destination. This would be especially interesting on larger multi-player games whereby scoring could be manually done based on any given criteria, rather than the in built scoring system. Log in to reply |

Debug versions of sims already log the contents of the message box along with other parameters, this log file clears itself when you start a new instance of the sim however. I'm sure it could be ammended for public consumption, however with a man temporarily down in Geoff and Clive very busy looking after some things Geoff wanted sorting with the core code it may have to remain on the wishlist for the time being.
