Hi all, just trying Waterloo. Please tell me it's easier than it first looks, lol! I think what's confusing me is that parts of some of the screens seem to be repeated on others? Thank goodness for ARS.

Ahhh, Waterloo. Great simulation to sometimes start up, run fully on ARS and watch it work it's magic! Almost makes it seem as if you were visiting the signal box (located at Wimbledon...) and they let you sit down at an unused workstation and watch. Regarding the repetition, some of VW3 is repeated on VW4. If you start the game without a timetable, you could set some routes on VW3 or VW4 and see where they appear on the other one, which ought to help you understand the view. Hope this helps. " said:Hi all, just trying Waterloo. Please tell me it's easier than it first looks, lol!In real life, this is controlled by two signallers, albeit with only partial ARS. The Windsor lines signaller used to only be allowed 2 hours before having a break as it was considered rather heavy duty. This might have changed since the Eurostars left. As an aside, Swindon B IECC (Didcot) has detail views of the West Junction area on three screens which is a bit over the top but again, helps with the layout sometimes.
